  • Get in touch with me via email or phone. We will set up a time to meet or have a phone call to get to know each other and start assessing your real estate needs, whether it's buying or selling a property. Determine your budget, desired location, property type, and any specific requirements or preferences.

  • If you decide to proceed with me, you'll sign a representation agreement.

    This agreement outlines the terms of the relationship, including the duration, responsibilities, and compensation.

  • I will start searching for properties that match your criteria. This can be the most exciting part of the process!

  • I will schedule property viewings and accompany you to each one.

    I will also negotiate on your behalf, whether it's making an offer (for buyers) or responding to offers (for sellers).

  • Once you've found a property (for buyers) or accepted an offer (for sellers), I will help you navigate the due diligence process.

    This includes inspections, appraisals, financing arrangements, and any necessary paperwork.

  • I will work with you through the final stages of the transaction.

    I will ensure all necessary documents are in order and facilitate communication between you, the other party, and any relevant parties (such as lenders or attorneys).

  • Even after the deal is closed, I will provide ongoing support and assistance.

    This might include recommendations for contractors, service providers, or help with any post-purchase/sale issues that arise.

  • Provide feedback about your experience working together.

    If satisfied, consider referring me to friends or family who may also need real estate assistance.
